What happens after you order, hour by hour
Payment confirms, you submit an identifier, a human applies the subscription. Here is the exact sequence and where orders usually stall.
Most frustration in this purchase comes from not knowing what the next step looks like. The sequence is short and predictable.
0–5 minutes: the order exists
You pick a plan, choose crypto, and the shop issues an invoice. At this point nothing has been charged and nothing is reserved. The invoice is valid for 15 minutes; the price is locked for that window.
5–20 minutes: payment confirmation
Send the exact amount shown. Confirmations are what matter: TRON needs one, EVM chains need a few, and the gateway watches for the exact amount and address. Sending from a different network than the one shown, or a slightly different amount, is the most common reason a payment is not matched automatically.
Then: submit your identifier
After payment, the order asks for one field — the Claude Organization ID, an access token, or the account email, depending on the product. This is the step people skip and then wait for nothing to happen. No identifier, no activation.
Instantly: activation
A human applies the subscription to your account. You get a reference number when you submit, and a status update in Telegram. Nothing changes about your login: no password, no 2FA, no new device to trust.
Where orders actually stall
- Wrong network. Funds sent on a chain the gateway is not watching for that invoice.
- Wrong amount. Fees deducted from the transfer, so less arrives than expected.
- Missing identifier. Payment done, form never submitted.
- Wrong identifier. An API key pasted where the Organization ID belongs.
All four are fixable, but each adds a round trip in Telegram. The activation page checks the format before submitting, which removes the last two.
What to keep
The order number and the reference number. Both are in the Telegram message the activation form builds for you. If something goes wrong, those two numbers are what makes support instant instead of a conversation.
