Privacy policy

What we collect

• Order email — used for delivery, order lookup and contacting you.
• Account identifier — the Claude Organization ID, access token or account email you submit, used to complete activation.
• Payment data — an on-chain transaction hash or a payment reference from the gateway. We never store card numbers.

What we do not collect

Passwords, 2FA secrets or recovery codes, and session cookies. The activation flow does not need them, and any request for them is not part of our process.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept until the warranty period ends, then reduced to anonymised amount and date for reconciliation. Account identifiers are deleted 30 days after activation unless an open support case requires them.

Who sees it

Only the operator handling your order. Payments are processed by a third-party crypto gateway whose own privacy terms apply. We do not sell or share order data with advertisers.

Your rights

You can request an export or deletion of your order data. Ask in Telegram and we will handle it within a reasonable period. Deleting data ends any remaining warranty claim, so request it after the warranty period if you may need it.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and does no cross-site tracking. Browser local storage is used only to keep a draft of the activation form, and you can clear it at any time.
