Terms of service

These terms describe how cdkstore sells subscriptions. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. What we sell

We sell activation of third-party subscriptions on the account you already own. We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Anysphere or xAI, and we do not claim to be.

2. What you need to provide

A valid email address tied to your existing account, and the ability to receive a confirmation code if the vendor sends one. We never require a password, a 2FA secret or a session cookie. If anyone claiming to be us asks for those, it is not us.

3. Delivery

Delivery is manual and performed during support hours. The listed delivery window is an estimate, not a guarantee. If we cannot complete an order, you are refunded in full.

4. Warranty and refunds

The warranty covers the subscription remaining active for the paid period. It does not cover suspension or termination caused by the vendor, including violations of the vendor's terms of service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the remaining period of the order, less any period already used.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, sub-license or share an activated subscription with third parties, and to comply with the vendor's terms of service. Accounts found to be shared may be terminated without refund.

6. Liability

We are not liable for vendor-side changes, model availability, rate limits, feature removals or regional restrictions. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order.

7. Changes

Prices and availability change without notice. The price shown at checkout at the moment of payment is the price that applies.
