ChatGPT Plus from Europe when the card keeps declining
A declined European card is a payment problem, not an account problem. What the crypto path changes and what it does not.
The usual shape of the problem: the account works, sign-in works, the plan page loads, and the payment fails at the last step. A European card that pays for everything else gets declined on a US subscription checkout, sometimes with a message, often with nothing but a red box.
Why the card declines
There are several ordinary causes and they are hard to tell apart from the outside: 3-D Secure popping in a flow that cannot display it, a billing address and VAT number the form will not accept, a card issued in a country the merchant account is not set up for, or a bank that treats a recurring foreign charge as suspicious by default. None of these mean the card is bad or that the account is at fault.
What the crypto path actually changes
It removes the card from the transaction. Payment happens on-chain: the invoice shows one network and one exact amount, you send it from a wallet or an exchange, and the subscription is then applied to the ChatGPT account you already sign in to. ChatGPT Plus here is 95 CNY, about 13 euro, for one month.
What is needed from you on the account side is the session token from the account's own sign-in session. It expires on its own, it is not a password, and we never ask for a password or a 2FA code.
What it does not change
- It is not free of friction. You need a wallet or an exchange account, and if your money is in a bank, someone has to turn euro into a stablecoin. That step usually carries its own identity check at the exchange.
- You pay a network fee, and you pay it yourself.
- It does not move your account to another region and does not change what the vendor shows you there.
- It does not make the subscription longer. Everything here is one month.
The two rules that break most payments
The invoice watches one network and one exact amount. Sending USDT on a different network than the one displayed, or sending one euro cent less because of a fee you subtracted instead of added, produces a payment that exists on-chain and does not match the order. That case is handled by hand, case by case, and it sits outside the standard refund policy.
Copy the address, set the amount to the exact figure, and send the fee on top rather than out of the principal. Keep the transaction hash; it is the only receipt that exists.
When this is the wrong product
If your card works, buy directly from the vendor. It is cheaper and simpler. This route is for people who cannot pass a card check, not for people who do not want to bother. And if your problem is a verification notice on the account rather than a declined payment, this order will not fix it; that is the separate service.
All tiers and current stock are on the ChatGPT Plus page, with Pro 100, 200 and 500 listed beside it. The payment walkthrough is in how to pay with USDT.
Common questions
Do I need a foreign card for this?
No. Payment is crypto only. There is no card option, no bank transfer and no PayPal at checkout.
Do I need to hand over the account?
No. The subscription is applied to the account you already sign in to, and we never ask for a password or a 2FA code.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Tell us immediately in the chat with the order number and the transaction hash. Matching a wrong amount or wrong network is manual, judged case by case, and outside the standard refund policy.
Is it cheaper than buying officially?
For ChatGPT Plus the figure is close to the vendor price, and the official equivalent is listed on the page. You are paying to be able to pay at all, not for a discount.
