What receipt you actually get from a crypto purchase

A hash, an order number, a chat. No email, no VAT invoice, and nothing pretending otherwise.

People ask this late, usually the day after paying, when a colleague asks for the invoice. Better to know the shape of the paperwork before the money moves.

What exists as proof

  • The transaction hash. The strongest piece of evidence in the set, because it is verifiable by anyone on the public chain and belongs to no system we control. Copy it the moment you broadcast.
  • The order number. Identifies the order inside the shop and is the only thing support needs to look it up.
  • The checkout screen. Screenshot it. It is where the network and the exact amount are stated, which is what a later dispute turns on.
  • The Telegram chat. Every human exchange about the order lives there. Export it if the purchase matters to you.

What is not sent, and why

No email is sent at all. There is no SMTP server here, so there is no receipt, no confirmation message, no password reset link and no newsletter. This is stated plainly because an absent email is often read as a sign of a scam, and here it is simply the architecture. Support happens in the Telegram chat, in English or Chinese.

The consequence for you: nothing arrives automatically. The record is what you kept, not what was sent to you.

What is not issued

No VAT invoice. cdkstore is an independent reseller taking payment in crypto, not a VAT-registered issuer of European invoices, and the site does not claim to be one. There is no company letterhead document to request, and asking for one will not produce one. The FAQ states the same thing in one line, in the same words as everywhere else on the site.

If you need it for your books

Then the question is a bookkeeping one, not a support one. What you can hand to an accountant is the hash, the order number, a screenshot of the listing with the price, and the chat log. Whether that is enough, and how to classify a crypto payment for a subscription bought from an independent reseller, is a decision for whoever signs your accounts. If your employer requires a VAT invoice for reimbursement, this purchase will not satisfy that requirement, and it is worth knowing before paying rather than after.

One year later

Hashes stay valid because chains keep the history. Order records are held on our side as long as the shop runs, but there is no archive you can log into and request a duplicate of. Keep your own copy while the purchase is fresh.

The same records are what a refund goes back against: on-chain, to the address you paid from, usually confirmed within 12 hours. Details on the refund page, and the payment side is in how to pay with USDT.

Common questions

Can you send me an invoice by email?

No. No email is sent by this shop at all, because there is no SMTP set up. Nothing arrives automatically, including refund notices.

Can you issue a VAT invoice?

No. An independent reseller taking crypto does not issue European VAT invoices, and the site does not claim otherwise.

Is the transaction hash enough as proof I paid?

It is the best proof available and it is publicly verifiable, provided the amount and network matched the invoice.

How long do you keep my order?

Orders are kept on our side while the shop runs, but there is no customer portal and no duplicate delivery. Keep your own copy.
