Revolut and Wise cards for an AI subscription: honest limits

These are still cards. They can and do get declined on subscription checkouts, and no one can promise otherwise.

The honest answer to the question this page exists for: a card from a multi-currency account is still a card, still runs through the same filters as any other card, and can still be declined at an AI subscription checkout. People report them working and people report them failing. We do not sell cards, we do not recommend one, and we will not promise that any card passes.

Why they help sometimes

A multi-currency account can price the charge in the merchant's currency rather than converting twice, and the card details are usually current because you control them in an app. That removes two ordinary friction sources. It does not remove the rest.

Why they still decline

  • The merchant may not accept that issuer or BIN range in your region. Acceptance lists change and are not public.
  • 3-D Secure can still fail to render inside a subscription checkout frame.
  • Recurring foreign charges can be off by default, or blocked after a fraud rule fires on something unrelated.
  • A prepaid balance can be refused where a credit product would not be, and the top-up limit can be lower than you expect.
  • The billing address the form wants may still not match the address the issuer holds.

None of that is a defect in you or in the account. It is two systems with different data meeting in one form field.

What we will not do here

No card is sold, sourced, shared or tested on your behalf through this shop. Anyone listing a specific card as a guaranteed pass for a specific vendor is selling an outcome they cannot control. And a card bought in bulk for resale is a shared instrument: when it starts failing, it tends to fail for everyone at once, and the subscription on your account has nothing behind it mid-period with no dispute route to reopen it.

The path that does not depend on any card

Payment here is crypto only, so there is nothing to decline: USDT, USDC, and native TRX, SOL and TON across eight networks. One invoice, one network, one exact amount, fee paid on top by the sender. Claude Pro is 105 CNY, about 14 euro; ChatGPT Plus is 95 CNY, about 13 euro; both are one month. Keep the transaction hash, because no email is sent and it is the only receipt that exists.

Getting money into a stablecoin is a separate matter. If your funds are on an exchange, that exchange has its own relationship with you, including its own identity checks. We do not see any of it, and the account identifier we need is not a credential: the Claude Organization ID starting with org_, or the ChatGPT session token from chatgpt.com/api/auth/session, which expires on its own. Never a password, never a 2FA code.

If you decide to try a card first, ask the issuer for the decline reason code before blaming the vendor. If you would rather skip that conversation, the plan list has current stock, and paying with USDT walks through the fields that actually matter.

Common questions

Do you recommend a specific card to get through checkout

No. We do not sell or recommend cards, and we do not claim any card passes a specific merchant.

Is a Revolut or Wise decline a sign my account is in trouble

No. It is a payment answer. Account trouble shows up as restrictions inside the product, not as a red box on a card form.

Does paying in crypto mean you skip identity checks for me

No. If you convert money through an exchange, that exchange runs its own checks. Our side is crypto only and never touches card or bank data.

What can go wrong on the crypto payment instead

The two that matter: sending on a network the invoice did not display, and sending an amount short by the fee. Both leave an order unmatched and are handled case by case outside the standard refund policy.

Which is cheaper overall

The subscription prices are listed on each page with the official equivalent beside them. Card-route cost depends on your issuer, which we cannot see, so there is no honest single answer.
