A small team buying several AI seats with crypto, without invoices

Each seat is its own order on its own account, and the paperwork is a hash plus an order number. What fits in a company file and what does not.

Direct answer: a small team can buy several subscriptions here, but each seat is a separate order on a separate account, and no VAT invoice is issued at any size of purchase. The expense record you build is the transaction hash, the order number, a screenshot of the listing and the Telegram chat. That is the whole set, and it is worth knowing before the money moves rather than when someone asks for the invoice.

How several seats actually work

There is no bulk product and no team licence on our side. A subscription is applied to one account, identified by one value: the Claude Organization ID from Settings, then Account, starting with org_, or the ChatGPT session token from chatgpt.com/api/auth/session. Three people means three submissions, three orders and three payments. Each person keeps signing in to their own account with their own credentials, and we never ask for a password or a 2FA code from anyone.

Do not put one subscription on a shared login to save the difference. It concentrates the limit, makes usage impossible to attribute, and when one person is on a call the rest of the team is locked out of the allowance. The trade is laid out in shared versus own account.

Stock is the real constraint on a bulk order

Available quantity is exact and public on each product page. A five-seat purchase may find three in stock and two not, so it becomes several small orders rather than one clean one. Read the stock figure before promising anyone access on a specific day.

Costs, in one table

Claude Pro is 105 CNY, about 14 euro, a month. Max 5x is 523 CNY, roughly 70, and Max 20x is 1047 CNY, roughly 140. ChatGPT Plus is 95 CNY, about 13, with Pro 100 at 375, Pro 200 at 850 and Pro 500 at 2500. The Grok, X and Cursor bundle is 150 CNY, about 20, and the identity verification service is 50 CNY, about 7. Every page lists the official CNY equivalent beside these figures. Nothing here is annual, so a quarter of usage is three separate orders.

The expense file, item by item

  • Transaction hash per seat, copied at broadcast. Publicly verifiable, and the strongest object in the set.
  • Order number per seat, which is how we can find anything later.
  • Screenshot of the listing showing the price and terms at purchase.
  • The Telegram chat, exported, if the amounts matter to whoever signs your accounts.

Payment follows the normal rules: crypto only, USDT, USDC, TRX, SOL and TON across eight networks, one network and one exact amount per invoice. With several seats, the mistakes multiply, so send one transfer per invoice and never combine amounts into a single payment. An aggregated transfer does not match two orders; it creates one unmatched movement. The network fee is carried by the sender.

Two limitations stated before you hit them

No VAT invoice, because an independent reseller taking crypto does not issue one, and a larger order does not change that. If your company requires an invoice for reimbursement, this is the wrong supplier for that purchase, and it is better to hear it now than after paying. No email either, at any stage: there is no SMTP here, so nothing arrives automatically, including refund notices. Refunds go back on-chain to the address that paid, prorated as order amount times unused days divided by total days, usually confirmed within 12 hours.

Prices are on the price list, quantities on the plan list, and the accounting consequences are in what receipt a crypto purchase gives you and invoice and company purchase.

Common questions

Can one payment cover five seats

No. Each invoice watches one exact amount on one network. Five seats means five transfers, and an aggregated payment leaves two or more orders unmatched.

Do you issue anything for a company purchase

An order number and a matching on-chain transfer. No VAT invoice, no letterhead document, no emailed receipt, and that does not change with order size.

Can the whole team use one Max account

It will work technically and it will not work practically. The allowance is shared, the usage cannot be attributed, and one person's heavy day is everyone's lockout.

What if a seat is not delivered because stock ran out

That order is handled on the standard terms: replacement first, then a prorated refund of the order amount times unused days divided by total days, back to the paying address.

Is there a cheaper path for a team of five

Choosing the right plan per person is where the saving is, not volume. We do not discount for quantity, and the pages list each tier against the official equivalent.
