Verification failed: what happens to the money and the account

The refund here is full, not prorated. What to do in the hour after a failure, and which second attempt to avoid.

A failed verification is the outcome we designed this service around. The decision is not ours, so the price cannot depend on it. Here is the order of operations.

First: stop submitting

The instinct is to run the flow again immediately, in worse light, from the same device, with the same crop. That usually produces the same answer. In most reported cases a burst of repeated failed submissions does not improve the outcome, and we would rather you send us the state of the account than burn three more attempts on it. Stopping costs nothing. The notice on the account will still be there tomorrow.

What the refund actually is

For this service the refund is the full order amount if verification fails. Not half, not prorated, not credit.

That is deliberately different from the subscription warranty, where a refund is computed as the order amount times the unused days divided by the total days. A subscription is a period of access, so an unused part of it has a measurable value. A verification attempt is not a period, so there is nothing to prorate.

One thing the refund does not cover, stated plainly because it is the one people ask about: a ban or suspension caused by breaking the vendor's terms is not refundable, and no reseller can insure that. This service is for accounts parked pending an identity check.

How the money comes back

  • Refunds go back on-chain, to the same address you paid from. That is not a preference, it is the only route: there is no card on file, no bank detail, no PayPal.
  • Confirmation is usually within 12 hours.
  • The network fee on the refund is carried by the sender, which in the normal case means you absorb a small amount. If the failure was ours, we cover it.

There is no email at any point, including the refund notice, because no messages are sent from this shop at all. The order number plus the Telegram chat is the record.

What to do about the account itself

The account is a separate object from the order. A failed check leaves it where it was: restricted, still yours, still signable-in. Keep the login working, do not create a second account in a panic, and do not hand the credentials to anyone offering to fix it elsewhere. If you have an activated subscription sitting on that account, report it in the same chat as the verification order so both are read together.

Buying it a second time

Only when something has actually changed: a document of better quality, the right device, the account name corrected, or a response from the vendor that tells you what it rejected. If nothing changed, the second result will match the first, and you will have paid twice for the same answer.

The full policy for other order types is in the refund policy. Claude KYC verification carries the one-line version: 50 CNY, within 1 hour, full refund if it fails.

Common questions

Is the refund partial if part of the process was completed?

No. For this service the refund is the full order amount when verification fails. The prorated formula applies to subscriptions, not to this.

How long until the crypto is back?

Usually confirmed within 12 hours, sent on-chain to the address you paid from.

Can you tell me why it was rejected?

Sometimes. The vendor does not always state a reason. What we can do is read the account state and say whether it is worth another attempt.

Will my account be closed because the check failed?

We cannot promise anything about account status, and we do not decide it. A parked account stays parked until a check clears; that is a different state from termination.
