Pay on-chain instead: USDT, USDC, or native TRX, SOL and TON on the network the checkout names. No card issuer decides whether the charge is allowed.
Prices are set in CNY with an approximate euro and USD figure on English pages, and ChatGPT Plus is 95 CNY, about €13. There is no local conversion on our side and no invoice, since we are an independent reseller.
Check three things: the network matched the invoice, the amount matched to the last digit, and you still have the transaction hash. The hash is what lets a refund go back on-chain to the address you sent from, usually confirmed inside 12 hours.
